Hey guys- I looked in the exercise library and didn’t find anything on this. I swear I thought I saw one of you doing it before. If not, is this an exercise you are a fan of? If it is, and you keep a list of exercises to potentially add to exercise library- this would be one I would like to see set up and form tips.
Have an old 1980s lat pull down in my basement gym, and I manipulate the low pulley with length adding attachments to get the starting point high enough. It’s not ideal but I like using my HC cuffs anyway I can.
