Hi Joe, I was just wondering what your opinion is on cable cuffs for chest presses/shoulder press instead of using dumbells and bars. Is there any reason you wouldn’t recommend using them?
They can be fine. We use them often as mechanical drop sets from flys on chest day.
The downfall is the comfort of cable possibly. I can be a nuisance having it run into your forearm through the pressing motion.
Overall can be a fine choice
