I’m currently finishing an RP template with push/pull/legs six days a week. Progressive overload (increase weight, sets or decrease RIR)with a deload after a six wk block. I watched the recovery video and my rest days vary depending on my work since I don’t have a set schedule being in healthcare. Do you feel (which is subjective to the individual) I could add a second leg workout to the 5 day block y’all are running with not as much volume on the second workout to keep total sets within my recovery range. Or legs once a week pushing to failure is plenty to recover?
My legs need the work but I always prefer a larger upper vs lower.
