Adding more delt work to my workouts and routines as well. I’ve come to the point where I’m making custom workouts which is fine and dandy but having the ability to add any video of a specific workout would be super helpful. Example.
I really like the Shotgun to the d!ck delt routine and a few others I’ve been adding. So in order to add it to my day I have to make a custom set which is then spilt up into A1 B1 C1 etc.. Add the sets and reps and then save it. I know it’s minor but having the ability make it as a superset, giant set etc.. A1 A2 A3 etc.. And then also the ability to add any of the videos you have to a custom workout. I say this because not all your videos can be added as extra work. The only reason I’d say to have that ability to add any video is for reference and ease of adding them to a day versus making a lengthy custom workout. Like the Shotgun to the d!ck routine it’s 6 different movements and after a few goes you’d probably never need to look at the video but it would always be there just as most of the others are for reference. If I or others could just add the video and not have to add sets or whatever it would make it easier to really customize a day to my or others liking.

Yea it was definitely the ability to be able to make giant sets or super sets and add the workouts to them for convenience instead of having to log each one hit finish and repeat however many times. But as to my other question. I’ll have to touch back on it after tomorrows workout and see what I can add. I honestly didn’t think of adding something pump work like the Shotgun. It’s was merely seeing the work out and making a custom one and had the thought of oh I can’t just add that as a custom workout. So I’ll get back to you on that. Thanks for the reply.

Umm yea I’m a dork lol.. I couldn’t wait and checked by adding pump workout and there they all are. Man I’m a goof.. But I did however make my own custom versions of them to add into the week lol. So yea.. Now that we have that out of the way.. If in the future we could have the ability to make a custom superset or giant set.. That’d be cool as a polar bears toenails
