    I’m a beginner to training and I’m confused as to if I should cut, bulk or maintain. My stats are as follows:

    Age- 20

    Height- 5 10

    Weight- 80 kgs

    I’ve attached a picture below and would like to have you input on this!

    Hey joe, thanks for the reply! I’ve been eating at a slight deficit (200-250 calories below maintenance), so I can recomp my physique. Would you still consider that “eating at maintenance” as it’s not basically a cut?

    Thank you joe! I’m currently training 4 days a week and doing no cardio apart from tracking my steps (10000 a day), should I lower my cals by 100-200 on my non training days as my expenditure would be lesser or will it not make a big difference?
