Hi Joe! I’d really love your advice/thoughts. I went i to a pretty aggressive cut and was the most co sister I’ve been in a long time for about 4 weeks. I lost 5lbs but then fell off for a week and gained it back. I’m going into a cut again at 1700 cals so not as aggressive as my previous. I want to allow myself one “treat” meal a week. My question is do you track this meal? And if so how do I figure out a calorie limit for my treat meal???
I was also wondering about fat burners because I heard you mention the redcon double tap. Do you feel this is helpful? Do you take it everyday?
