I have 10 weeks left to cut and would like to be lean as possible. Following the diet planner on the app I’m losing about 200g a week which just seems like really slow progress to me.

I am enhanced which means I shouldn’t be as prone to losing muscle as someone doing this natty.

Can I/should I push the cut a bit harder or is this the optimal amount to be losing a week and I otherwise would be compromising something. I just don’t want to leave anything on the table and feel like I could have done more.

    Thanks guys!

Following the Terrence 2021 Olympia prep and putting in the work. Will try upping the cardio though and keep calories where they are then. Thanks Bryce.

It is for a fitness photoshoot, so there is a deadline that I can’t shift.

As far as rebound. I’ve always had a problem with that how does one go about reverse dieting and going back into an off season without blowing up?
