I am new to the app. I thought about joining the 10 week challenge. I have some training experiences but in the past I always had phases of inconsistency so I wasted alot of time. But I want to do better now.
My question is, would you recommend me a cut do get to a low bodyfat or a recomp or even a gaining phase?
I don’t have alot of muscle but I am not lean either. So for me it’s hard to decide.
Another question is, which program you would recommend. I train 4 times per week but I would like to keep the workouts to be about 60mins training time.
