Cut short

    Currently working 12 hour shifts. On a couple days a week I have to train during “lunch” which is a decent 1.25 hours. Sometimes a call comes out and I have to cut my session short(today was just the last set of calves and metabolic Shoulder work). Would you recommend just “finishing” the rest of the workout on my closest off day or just calling it a loss for that day?
