We’ve been celebrating Easter with the family, there was lots of traditional foods and deserts; long story short I realised I messed up bad so cutting will have to start earlier than expected. I was thinking to go down to 2900 calories with moderate amounts of cardio. High protein, at least 1g per lbs, and fats at about 60g a day. Rest carbs
What do you think ? Also how should the training be adjusted considering that I won’t be eating as much.
