Hey Joe, love your videos and your outlook to training/diet. I’m in a surgeon in training, with 80+ hour work weeks. Get 2-4 days off a month. Typically up 430-5 and seeing patients then operating 730am-7pm most days with maybe 10mins break in between . Due to this lifestyle, I’ve lost myself. Gained a ton of weight. Haven’t worked out like id like to.

I definitely want to get on track with dieting but having a hard time really trying to find the best way to get my metabolism back on track. Should I go the fasting route? I’m someone who needs close to 305g protein daily. Do I just eat that in one meal? Do I follow a whole body workout if I have 1-2 days per week to really workout? Or just do cardio? I’d appreciate some guidance as my schedule ultimately prevents me from following an ideal BB diet and lifestyle l. Thanks!

Thanks for the in-depth response Joe! It’s much appreciated. I’ll try your suggestions. I definitely agree with everything you had to say and should be realistic with goals.

‘Cortisol machine’ is definitely a way to put it haha.
