Second week into my cut the gyms reopened
I decided to take it easy because my recovery would be limited as a result of the deficit(500kcal)
First push/pull sessions minor soreness which got away after 2 to 3 days
But the leg day i kind of went to far and learned my lesson
So in terms of my body getting used to the gym again do you think there is anything wrong staying at the deficit while that is happening
Because i am making good progress and i don’t want to stop
