    What percentage of our daily protein intake should consist of meats? I am eating a pound of meat per day and feel like this might be a bit low for someone that needs 200g per day. I get the rest of my protein throughout the day by having eggs, fairlife milk, yogurt, almonds, edamame and whey protein.
