    Nope, it depends on you needs if you want burn more calories do more, if you want to burn less do less steps.
    From longevity perspective 7000 steps are enough due to studies, from more you didn’t archive any healthy goals.
    I recommend you just to know how much steps you do from accounting standpoint. If it’s necessary you can adjust your steps to correspond with you calories – if you need more calories expenditure increase steps, if you need less decrease steps. Just adapt to your goals.
