Hello, just downloaded the app and super excited to start a program. Right now I’m looking at the back specialization.
Im coming from 5 days a week and a pretty decent amount of daily volume compared to what’s in this plan.
My question is if I should add a 5th day of full body minus back work, or keep the program as is. If I added a day I’m thinking 1 squat movement, 1 chest movement, and 1 shoulder movement. I want to keep in mind recovery as well.
My thoughts on this are there are some exercises I like to do that don’t fit in the current 4 days. Also, the volume just seems pretty low compared to what I’m used to, I want to make sure I’m growing lol. And I also just like being in the gym. Having 3 rest days would be weird to me and I’d be itching to get back to the gym.
