It’s true that in naturals athletes is bad to train more than 3/4 days per week because the days you train you overstimulate the sympathetic nervous system and cannot grow?
Thanks a lot. I just worry about prevent hypertrophy on training days, controlling the rest of the variables: nutrition, rest, performing in the next session, etc. Is it possible to harm hypertrophy by training?
