    I’ve heard different things and seen different things with myself and clients. But my question is – if we want to focus on the most effective thought process to grow or develop the chesticles, should we maintain a retracted and depressed scapula position when doing the press or should we go into some range of protraction and “mobility” of the scapula during a pressing movement for chest ?
