Hi,
I am at the 5th week of “come here cannonballs” and I am struggling to lift heavier with the low incline DB press.
The issue is on the very first repetition. Not sure why, but it is almost impossible to lift my DB on my first repetition. I am crushed by the DB. Impossible to lift them
however if someone helps me to lift that very first rep, then it is fine and I am able to finish my set… However i don’t always have someone around to help me.
Not really sure why i cannot lift the first rep, whereas I can do multiple rep if someone helps me on the first rep… My guess is that my arm are probably too weak compared to my pec…
Have you ever had this issue ? Do you have a solution for that ?
