Hey Joe! Is it okay to arch your back on a DB shoulder press the same way you would for a Chest press? The incline of the bench is either too steep or too shallow if I don’t. Cheers mate
IMO, yes – just make sure your entire torso is still “braced” and you’re not just contracting your erectors. Also, maybe avoid full end range extension (stay just short of the furthest you can extend your low back)
