Is there any mechanical reason you prescribe low incline db press instead of bb or a machine press for the antiflamingo program or does it not matter which one I choose? My gym doesn’t have heavy dumbbells so I just replace them with barbells and was wondering if there was any mechanical benefits of using a dumbell instead.

Bigger range of motion and better for alignment and less strain on joints only pain about db is when you get strong at them, getting them into position can be a pain
