I’ve been doing DC training for quite some time now. I absolutely love it but I don’t see it spoken about much these days. I do the original 2 way DC split 3 days a week and i love it. I’m 42 and natural. Not that that should make a difference but it’s just to let you know I’m not an enhanced mid 20’s guy that’s all!
I was just wondering what hour thoughts on DC as a routine and whether you think it’s a solid plan to stick to please?
