I’ve been doing DC training for quite some time now. I absolutely love it but I don’t see it spoken about much these days. I do the original 2 way DC split 3 days a week and i love it. I’m 42 and natural. Not that that should make a difference but it’s just to let you know I’m not an enhanced mid 20’s guy that’s all!
I was just wondering what hour thoughts on DC as a routine and whether you think it’s a solid plan to stick to please?

would you also recommend the extreme stretches for lagging body parts? And if so how would you integrate them into your style of training routines?
