    Hello coaches, just started week one of the powerbuilding program. First exercise is 12 reps on deadlift with 65% 1RM. For me that would be 90 kg, but I knew that’d be too light for me so I did 100 kg instead. It’s supposed to be 0 RIR but it was not even close to that. Why could this be.
