    Hi! do you joe have some suggestions how to increase first part of the deadlift movement. So if we think from the floor to bellow the knee that part. It allmost sound better that reverse strength curve where the load is heaviest at the bottom and it will get easier when hit the that problem part right before knee. So i can do whole movement but target those points where needed. Hope you will get what i mean. 👍🏼😁

    Is the only option to ad little block under my feet’s so i start little deeper what i would do normally?
