This has probably been asked a few times, apologies if so.
I train a PPL split, recently moving away from
Upper Lower, when doing U/L i always had deadlifts/stiff leg or a similar exercise in my Lower Body sessions, would it be wise to put these in Leg Days on a PPL split and do them every rotation or have deadlifts in Pull and Stiff Legs in Leg Day but only do them one variation, once a week(ish)? Don’t want to overload my lower back, if this is even a thing.
