Hey guys, I never really liked the flat bench press and I always felt it more on my shoulders rather than pecs no matter the arm path, grip etcc. I know Joe likes a slight decline/incline, but I was wondering what’s your take on the regular decline bench press? I feel that one way more for some reason. Could it be that I have long arms therefore by reducing the range of motion it makes me work more within my active range..? Also is it really more triceps as some people claim to be?
