For myself personally, I get a lot less elbow pain and more triceps activation doing a decline close grip press as opposed to a banded JM press like you guys usually do. Since I’ve only been an online coach for a year, I wanted to ask you guys if there were any anatomical reasons why I should make something like a banded dip or JM press a meat and potatoes compound movement for triceps as opposed to a decline close grip for clients. In your guys’ experience, do those movements that you guys use more seem to fit better for more people?
