Hi! I’m a female 25 years old. So I’ve been in a deficit for about 2,5 months with regular resistance training and lost 5kg, I’m currently at 65kg / 30% body fat and want to recomp. But I feel like I got stuck maintaining at 1700kal, every time I try to push calories up a bit I end up gaining fat super fast. Any advice? Thanks!
Thank you Bryce! I’m currently on a Ms Hypertrophy Coach Program. I already do quite a lot of daily walking but you’re right, my recovery is good so I’ll make sure to implement your advice in terms of training.
