I’m 90% complete with PPL 2.0 on a cut. I began at 215lbs and am consistently 211 now. I have enjoyed my progress but feel like I’m leaving some on the table, and I’m not sure where to go from here. I consistently eat 2,400 kcal, 200 carbs, 230 protein, 75 fat. I work a desk job, complete each workout at 5am followed by 20-30 minutes of incline treadmill walking or stair master. In the evenings after work, I do another 20 minutes of incline walking at home. So roughly 6 hours of strength per week and 4-6 hours of steady state cardio.
My body fat has dropped by about 6lbs, but not quite at the rate it should given a roughly 20-25% deficit.
I plan on running the A/B half body split following this, and adding one day of HIIT per week. Should I switch up my deficit, increased or decreased? I’m at a loss as to
the cause of this “plateau.”
