If for example my maintenance cal were 3000 and I wanted to be in a large deficit, would a 500-800 calories deficit from food AND 500-800 calories burned through exercise be too aggressive?
Just some background info it’d be for a male, 6’2 260lbs wanting to lose approx 45lbs
