Just to say that the new update has deleted all my progress/loggings on the program Terrance and joes program. I was on week 10 (obviously I was waiting for updates) so continued adding weeks at a time but now my progress has gone.
Just thinking what to do now? Or do I just start at week 4 where it has taken me to?
Yeah mate I’ve been progressing with this program as I said I’ve been adding weeks, I’ve fitted it into my schedule and I am in routine with this program which is all managed with my recovery as well. I have been waiting for updates as previously mentioned so yes I will continue to do this program, just what is the best week to start on now then with the new update?
