I’m just switching back to an upper focused program from anti flamingo ( cannonball delts) , i had to switch to due never really being able to get a full second leg day with my club members constantly coming up to me for questions, family obligations or just general gym management stuff cutting into that workout.
On week 1 I added RDL ‘s to the leg day, but forgot they are on back day as well. Now I can’t delete them from the leg day. I was planning on adding an additional arm day as tolerated later In the week, with rdl’s seated leg curls and lying leg curls. I know I can just skip over the rdl in the log but it drives me nuts seeing just there with no entries. Is it possible to delete, or would I need to start the program over to get the base structure again. Hopefully that all made sense.
