Just a quick one, firstly I just want to say since raising my last few issues with the app, they have been resolved so thank you.
I’ve made my own program and I’ve put in to many exercises than I wanted in a couple of the days, is there any way I can delete them rather just swap them or just blank them out? Thanks
1. Head to Logbook
2. Scroll to the bottom of any exercise
3. Press “Add Workout”
4. Select “My Workouts”
5. Press the triple dot and select “Delete”
6. Then confirm Delete
