    Hey guys,

    Hope you’re well!

I’m just wondering at what point should a deload be taken into consideration?
I’m not sure if it’s just one of those weeks where I’m just tired and it’s affecting my ability to go hard or if I need to take the intensity down a little.
My appetite and sleep is generally okay but today I had to reduce the load by atleast 50% in my exercises because everything just hurt but not in the the good way it usually does. I’m around 8 weeks into the anti- flamingo so my guess is I shouldn’t be needing one yet?

Really appreciate you taking the time to read this 😊 Thanks!

Very helpful thankyou!! So glad I asked because I googled a deload phase and so many answers we’re to drop load, volume and intensity to 50%!!!!
I just have one question….with the focus being growth on my legs would you say to train legs on each gym session or do upper/lower split?

    Thanks coach 😊

Hi Joe…Ignore that, I’ve just seen you have a recovery phase program – will I lose everything on my current program if I switch?
