I’m just wondering at what point should a deload be taken into consideration?
I’m not sure if it’s just one of those weeks where I’m just tired and it’s affecting my ability to go hard or if I need to take the intensity down a little.
My appetite and sleep is generally okay but today I had to reduce the load by atleast 50% in my exercises because everything just hurt but not in the the good way it usually does. I’m around 8 weeks into the anti- flamingo so my guess is I shouldn’t be needing one yet?

I just have one question….with the focus being growth on my legs would you say to train legs on each gym session or do upper/lower split?
