    So Ive been progressing on most of my workouts except push day for me (mainly chest movements):

    I usually deload every 8 weeks. And have never trained as intense as I am now. But my sleep has just been bad. I haven’t been in a great mental spot but I’m not sure if I should deload yet or not. This will be week 9 in the HC gives you wings programs.
