    I’ve been running the same program for about 7 weeks. First four weeks I was a monster…kept going up in weight and/or volume. Last three weeks not so much. Been flat to down on weight/volume but I’m still getting DOMS and slight physical change (although that may be diet or just gas). Should I deload for a week and see if that jump starts things or switch up the program and do some different exercises. Thanks.
