    I see a lot of people talking about “deload” but they are still doing a significant amount of sets for each muscle group. For example let’s say that I usually do 15 sets for chest in 1 day, if I was to deload would that mean reducing my sets to like 10 maybe? Or do I reduce the weight? What exactly is deloading and when would be the right time to do it?
