Hey Joe
So i decided to deload for a week because fatigue is building up,motivation is running lower,not much of an appetite,lack of quality sleep
So i have been going with low volume for a lot of time right now,but i am not proggressing any more
Loads have been the same for the past 3 weeks
In some sessions it even went backwards as i remember
So it is time
My question is the following
Firstly i am running 1 once per week frequency for each muscle group since i am trying to maintain tissue,not grow
Weekly sets are between 6-8 for each group
So how do you think i should structure my deload
I am thinking to reduce load on each exercise,staying away from failure but keeping my volume the same because it is already low as it is
