Delt exercise

    I am looking to start a 2-way mass gain split like dante trudel describes it in his dc training principle. These are the exercises i want to use:
    Chest: low inc smith
    Delts: ?
    Tris: Dips
    Back width: neutral grip pull up
    Back thickness: t-bar row

    What delt exercise would you recommend if the main goal is to pack on mass? Should it be a pressing exercise or more of a raise in order to get more side delt involvement?
