    Hey Joe,

Super excited to be a part of the team now! A lagging body part has always been my rear and medial Delts, I’ve dominated shoulder movements with pressing and it’s seemingly always favoured anterior delt growth

    My question for you is:
    1. Is it okay to swap out the pressing for like an upright row (rope and DB) or more already focused exercises?
    2. Is it 4 days on 3 days off? What do you think is adequate (assuming 8 hours of sleep a night and good diet/supps)

    Thanks mate!

Thanks Joe, the only reason I proposed to swap out the pressing was because my anterior delts are so developed in proportion to my medials and posteriors, would you recommend spending more time on the medials to help bring them up instead of the pressing?
