Delt program

    Hi guys,

    Not trying to be difficult here at all but quick question regarding the delt program.

    I strongly prefer lifting 5 days per week. Just therapeutic at this point and I’ve noticed this plan is 4 days per week.

    Would I be alright throwing a very small arm and ab day for a 5th workout to this plan?

    Sorry if this this is an annoying question, I am just very type A and want to follow things very closely lol.

    Thank you that makes perfect sense. Was planning on the extra day being arm focused and just hitting 1-2 exercises for biceps and the same for triceps. No added intensifiers. Looking forward to getting started on this
