I have noticed that everytime i do a push workout a day before a pull workout, my rear delt doesnt perform as well. Sometimes i get more reps, sometimes less.
On my push day i do a cable y raise, do you think that the rear delt is working there too and thats the reason why the performance of the rear delt on the pull day is weak?
I will try switching the order so that the pull day is first and I’ll see what happens
