Id like to train my rear and side delts with a bit more frequency so Im thinking of training them 3 times a week.
I have some light dumbbells at home so i would be training the delts on their shortened range.
Would it be a good idea to do (kind of like pump work) 2 or 3 sets of lateral raises or rear delt raises on the given days. Will it make progress if i do that and recover fine with that frequency
