Tried these out a few days ago and liked them. Didn’t exactly get the form down until this morning. Let me tell you. I love delt and lat work but man this had me cussing trying to do the last stupid press set. You look at the movements and dont expect it to be brutal. It’s stupid brutal. My lateral delts are hating me right now. Hoping my recovery stays on point by adding something so brutal. And here I thought just doing lying cuff pulls were stupid fun lol.. These are insane.
