I’d like to know your thoughts or suggestion on how to choose the most optimal weight for each exercise in terms of warm up set and working sets? I just downloaded the app and looking to start a new program (I chose the upper lower split) so I wasn’t sure if this was something you had already addressed.
Thank you very much I appreciate your response on this. I’m from South Africa so the app is abit on the pricey side but it seems to be worth it so far from what I’ve seen and just the convenience of being able to track workouts in a structured manner. I look forward to the journey with you guys 🙏🏻
