    I’m trying to determine how much volume I need to work certain body parts.

    How would I go about figuring out how much volume I need specifically to maximize growth without overtraining?

    Adding onto that would I remove volume for muscles I’m not prioritizing and add volume to the muscles I am prioritizing?
