So I’ve been watching a lot of the “nerd shit” which is sick, and in that section you were covering splits and different types. Was curious on how you determine one’s recovery time frame.
For example I train 5 days straight, push pull,legs and repeat. Some weeks the body parts I hit twice that week I keep improving and other weeks the parts I do twice I feel the second days I’m way to tired.
Is that normal, or is going 5 days straight more convenient if I was doing a standard bro split and having that full week till hitting that body part again.
