Thank you for updating the app to include food tracker. I was wondering if you could explain a bit more about how the algorithm works I.e. will the app make weekly macro adjustments based on the rate of weight loss/gain? Does the app take data from the food tracker to establish diet adherence before the adjustment is made? Are you planning to include an option of daily weigh ins so that the app can take an average weekly weight rather than work from just two data points?
On a separate note, I was wondering if you could include a rest timer in your workout log so that I don’t have to switch between apps when working out
