    I guys great app thanks for everything on here!
    I was wonder for someone who isn’t training for a specific comp for example, but has a long term goal of adding muscle and staying healthy …how long would you stay in either a cut or bulk? Is there a point of diminishing returns in either state? Should you be lean before you aim to add mass?
    for example I felt sluggish so decided to cut and to enjoy the process, set the target of getting from 216 to 200, would it be best to keep cutting passed 200 if it was still going okay if I thought there was more in the tank, switch to a maintenance then bulk? And then bulk until what point?
    Basically what is the point that decides a switch?
