    Hi Coach,
    I’ve been in a deficit for a few months now. However, I’ve had some issues with tendons in my shoulder, so I’m unable to do any sort of pressing without pain. I’ve decided to have a 1-2 week recovery phase. What’s your advice with regards to calories/macros? Should I just keep them the same or bump them up slightly to aid recovery? Thanks
