I’ve seen screenshots of how the old meal planner used to be in the sense it would give rest day macros and it looked like you could change the carbs/fats and proteins for each meal instead of it just giving you the split between your macros for the day over how many meals you want. Is there a way to get the old version back so I could set up most of my carbs around training times?
Also is there anywhere to find example meal plans with types of food etc?
Awesome thanks heaps for the reply, you mentioned the macro adjustments following weekly check ins sorry been a long time Instagram follower only just got the app so if I was to follow the macros provided now and do weekly check ins will it adjust my macros according to my goal or would I have to fill out the overview again?
